We will relax and release into our bodies through breath, movement and sound.
We will exchange gifts, songs and stories.
We will make gentle, authentic connection
With snowshoeing, snow angels, snowwoman building, walking the snow labyrinth, cozy winter fire with tea and hot chocolate/cacao, napping in the cozy den, starting with some yoga and meditation.
