I’m from the school of hard knocks and from that became the wounded healer who now is taking what she knows and paying it forward. I have 30 years of experience and continue learning. I walked through my own darkness until I realized I was also the light and now I shine it upon the world and no longer fear my shadows for they are my teachers and my healers.
I have had many teachers and have chosen a life long path of study. This is because I value balance. What we put out we must take in.
